The Global Connection

Picture

NON-PROFIT COLLABORATION

We collaborate with African and U.S. based organizations to identify areas of need for people and wildlife in rural African communities.
We then partner with those who have shown their capacity to make significant impacts through the use of
art, education, and science.

All donations go to the direct support of our on-the-ground projects.

ON THE GROUND PROJECTS

We offer direct support for various projects that conserve unique African heritage, wildlife and habitats while improving health in local communities and the environment.

- Direct support to schools and students for education fees, teacher and learning materials.
- Wildlife conservation projects supported through anti-poaching campaigns,
environmental education and science-based fieldwork.
- Artisan skills training,
merchandising and
community workshops.

"It is the goal of Africa Matters to conserve natural resources, habitat and wildlife by promoting and supporting interaction between artists, educators and scientists. We directly offer financial and logistical assistance to students and individuals and organizations whose work not only expands scientific knowledge from the field, but also makes that knowledge available to others, particularly young Africans. We firmly believe that art and youth have a key role to play in the world of conservation".
